We do not delay any parcels on our end. If there is a delay, it can only occur due to the seller or courier.

3. Delivery Address and Customer Availability:

If the product is not delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or any other customer-related issue, we can resend the product upon the customer’s request. However, in such cases, the 8-10 days delivery policy due to delivery issues will be void.


4. Unavoidable Circumstances:

If there are any unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in delivery, we will promptly inform you and provide an estimated time of delivery.

Sometimes, there may be delays from the courier's end, which are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to follow up and ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Every item purchased by you will be sent to you as a direct import from Ship Shop Nepal. The prices shown to you include all shipping and customs duties that will be paid on your behalf. All fulfillment will be done by our logistics partners however, you, as the customer will be the importer of the product for your own personal use.
